Portland man tried to kill girlfriend at Beaverton hotel, officials say

PORTLAND, Ore. (PORTLAND TRIBUNE) — A Portland man faces multiple felony charges for allegedly shooting his girlfriend at a Beaverton hotel earlier this month.

Robert Halvorsen Walsh, 44, was indicted by a Washington County grand jury on Tuesday, Jan. 13, on charges of attempted murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon, according to the Beaverton Police Department.
