VANCOUVER, Wash. (KATU) — The Clark County Sheriff’s Office are praising one of their cadets who helped saved a life.
Officials say that Cadet April Carvel was working near the front window at the sheriff’s office “when a woman ran into the lobby yelling for Narcan.”
