HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) – A woman is in custody after the Harrisonburg Police Department responded to a report of a stolen vehicle Thursday morning.
The vehicle was reportedly stolen near L&S Diner on North Liberty Street in Harrisonburg. Rockingham County Sheriff Bryan Hutcheson said law enforcement later located the vehicle near Massanutten and arrested the driver, Amanda Shifflett.
Shifflett is now being held in Rockingham-Harrisonburg Regional Jail…
