A new development is coming to the former site of a beloved movie theater in Charlotte’s Eastover neighborhood.
Theformer Manor Theatre complex at 609 Providence Road may be transformed into a mixed-use development featuring 120 to 130 residential units and about 35,000 square feet of retail space.
