City West residents voice concerns over future after acquisition by Housing Authority

CINCINNATI, Ohio (WXIX) – Residents of City West gathered for a meeting Thursday night to discuss a sale of 105 apartments by the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority.

CMHA acquired the residential complex from a previous owner who is said to be $4 million in debt.

They announced in the fall that they would be rehabilitating hundreds of homes after the previous owners left them in poor physical and financial conditions…
