Ohio State star quarterback Julian Sayin will need to make more room in his already crowded trophy case after receiving yet another accolade.
On Dec. 31, No. 2 seed Ohio State’s hopes of claiming consecutive National Championships were brutally dashed following a 24-14 defeat to No. 10 Miami in the Cotton Bowl. Fresh off the Buckeyes’ disappointing departure from the College Football Playoff (CFP), Sayin shouldered much of the blame for the loss despite receiving immense praise from head coach Ryan Day.
Though Ohio State’s once-promising 2025 campaign ended on a sour note, Sayin still has much to be proud of when looking back on his redshirt freshman campaign.
