Rosebud’s is back.
The “bougie dive bar” and restaurant concept–which was created by standout Columbus chef Josh Dalton–originally closed in October. Earlier this week, the restaurant took to social media to announce that it had officially reopened.
“So… yeah. We quietly opened back up this past weekend — and honestly, we’re still kind of blown away,” the eatery posted on its social media pages on Monday. “The turnout, the love, the familiar faces (and new ones) meant more to us than we can say.
