Greenville County Deputies are searching for a suspect after a deadly attack on a woman at a home on West Parker Road. 9-1-1 dispatchers were called just after 12AM, Friday. Upon arrival, a woman identified as 23 year old, Trycina Nichole Whitehurst was found dead.
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office has not yet released the official cause and manner of death.
