WEST LIBERTY, Ky. (WSAZ) – An inmate at the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex (EKCC) was charged with murder and persistent felony offender of the first degree, according to Kentucky State Police.
On Sept. 18, 2025, a Morgan County Grand Jury returned an indictment on Daleon Rice, 45, an inmate at EKCC. Rice was charged with murder and persistent felony offender of the first degree.
