(FOX40.COM) — A North Highlands man is in custody after allegedly stealing meat from a local grocery store last week.
In a social media post, Rocklin police say the man, Donald Rodriguez, who is on parole, “stuffed” his pants with “unpaid meat” from a Safeway.
