A Pacific Northwest sushi concept known for its signature sushi burritos is heading to Roseville.
IJ Sushi Burrito is opening its first California location in the Westfield Galleria at Roseville at 1151 Galleria Blvd, according to the company’s website and recent business filings. A report from the Sacramento Business Journal notes that the restaurant is expected to join the dining terrace at the mall in the fall of 2026.
As the name suggests, IJ Sushi Burrito specializes in sushi burritos—generously sized nori-wrapped rolls packed with rice, proteins, vegetables, and house sauces. The menu features nearly 10 signature options, including Fiery Chicken, Dancing Salmon, and a fully Vegan burrito, alongside poke and fresh salad bowls.
