ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. (WGNO) — The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Major Crimes Division is investigating a domestic incident that took place on the morning of Friday, Jan. 16.
According to deputies, they responded to a Goodbee home in the 7000 block of Louisiana Highway 1077 shortly before 8 a.m. They said they received a call that a woman had “run to a neighbor’s home seeking help.”
During the investigation, deputies uncovered that the woman “escaped her own residence through a window and fled to a neighbor’s home after being shot by her live-in boyfriend” during an argument.
