NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A defense attorney accused of defrauding her client’s family out of more than $250,000 has returned $264,000, according to her lawyer.
Attorney Kerry Cuccia represents Tanzanika Ruffin, who faces allegations that she defrauded her client’s family. After the allegations surfaced, Cuccia said Ruffin paid the money back.
