Travis Smith was sentenced to a maximum 26 years in prison after previously pleading guilty to Duty to Stop at the Scene of a Crash Involving Death and Reckless Driving, Resulting in Death, in the fatal hit and run which killed bicyclist Josh Neely on May 28, 2025 on Eastlake Blvd. south of Reno.
Smith will be eligible for parole after eight years.
