COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The South Carolina Office of Resilience announced the opening of three South Carolina Hurricane Helene housing recovery program offices to support long-term disaster recovery efforts from Hurricane Helene.
The agency is responsible for administering South Carolina’s $150 million community development block grant.
