The city is mourning the loss of two former mayors and a former first lady.
On Thursday, Jan. 15, former Mayor James Sheets passed away in Pennsylvania. On the same day, former First Lady Shirley Tobin died at home in Quincy. The following day, Friday, Jan. 16, her husband, former Mayor Arthur Tobin also passed away. Mr. Tobin had served many years as the clerk magistrate at Quincy District Court.
