Pedestrian killed in early morning crash on East Broad Street

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Columbus Police are investigating a fatal collision involving a pedestrian that occurred early Saturday morning on the city’s east side.

The incident took place at approximately 4:37 a.m. on East Broad Street, just west of the intersection with Reynolds Crossing Drive.

According to police, an adult pedestrian was attempting to cross East Broad Street when they were struck by a westbound black BMW X3. Authorities noted that vehicular traffic on East Broad Street had a green light at the time of the crash…
