(FOX40.COM) — It’s been nearly four years since beloved Elk Grove Police Officer Ty Lenehan was killed on duty after being hit by a drunk driver.
All month long, the department is continuing its tradition of wearing a special patch on its uniforms in honor of the fallen hero.
