Riverview woman says crook used her identity to order SIM cards, stuck her with bill

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Sherrie Scarlet said she is the victim of identity theft after being charged for cell phone SIM cards she insists she never ordered.

She said at first she received the money back, but that credit was later reversed, and she was told the case was closed.
