LEAGUE CITY — Two Houston men were arrested following an organized retail theft at a Walmart and a brief foot pursuit, according to the League City Police Department.
Jaelan Anderson, 24, and Javarius Thompson, 21, were taken into custody on January 12. Anderson faces charges of evading arrest or detention with previous convictions, theft less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, and failure to identify – fugitive from justice. Bond was set at $60,000 for the first two charges and $2,500 for the third. Thompson was charged with evading arrest or detention and organized retail theft of $100–$750, both with $2,500 bonds.
Both men were also found to have outstanding felony warrants for aggravated robbery out of Austin County. Anderson additionally had a felony theft warrant from Washington County…
