The Youngsville Police Department has sent its investigation into an incident involving students at Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy to the district attorney’s office.
Because the incident involves juveniles, virtually no information could be released, said Police Chief J.P. Broussard.
The district attorney’s office will be able to review the details collected by the Youngsville Police Department and determine if there is enough evidence to press charges. It could decide to take its case before a grand jury for an indictment or determine there is not enough evidence to press charges…
