Nebraska ABA service providers take hit from state cuts

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Nebraska businesses providing a kind of therapy helping kids with autism are feeling the strain months after changes from the state.

Back in August, the state decided to cut Medicaid reimbursement rates for ABA therapy by as much as 80%. That’s because the services were costing the state a lot of money.
