Sioux Falls, South Dakota – Bitterly cold air combined with strong winds is creating dangerous wind chill conditions across eastern South Dakota, with exposure risks increasing sharply through tonight and into Monday morning. Residents are being urged to limit time outdoors as conditions turn potentially dangerous.

According to the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls, wind chill values today are expected to range from 10 to 20 degrees below zero, even during daylight hours.
