A commercial property at 4335 Lincoln Way E in Perry Township sold for $1.47 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
DRB Midwest Storage LLC, which lists a Garfield Heights address on county records, purchased the over 70,000-square-foot building, which is currently leased to OfficeMax and American Freight, from Lincoln Associates. CBRE agents, who marketed the property, posted on social media that the new owner has plans to redevelop it in the future.
The real estate transfers cover Dec. 20 to Dec. 26.
