Bitez, a restaurant specializing in halal cuisine, has closed. The restaurant opened in July at 13525 Clopper Road in Germantown’s Seneca Plaza, near Mamma Lena and Rio Grande.
Bitez offered a menu that included chicken over rice, lamb gyro over rice, falafel over rice, pita wraps, salads, desserts, and drinks.
