Woman arrested in connection to Anderson County stabbing

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – One woman was arrested in connection to the fatal stabbing of a man in Belton, according to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.

On January 6, deputies responded to a welfare check at a home on Sherwood Drive in Belton. Upon arrival, authorities found two people with multiple stab wounds inside the home. One was confirmed dead at the scene, and the survivor, the victim’s girlfriend, was sent to Prisma Greenville for treatment.
