HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Police are investigating after someone was shot in the hand in Harrisburg Friday afternoon.
Harrisburg police officers were called around 12:45 p.m. to the area of North 3rd and Woodbine streets after receiving reports of shots fired, according to Deputy Chief Kenneth Young.
