The Windsor Town Council heard new concerns Tuesday, Jan. 13, about significant speeding taking place in town on Bank Street.
The concerns came from a citizen during the council meeting’s Public Comment period, and they were then reinforced by Councilman Edward “Gibbie” Dowdy.
