ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Albany Medical Center and Maria College have collaborated on the opening of a community clinic to address the medical and social needs of patients waiting for follow up or a primary care visit after being released from the hospital.
The clinic will connect patients with critical resources and will also provide hands-on training for Maria College nursing students.
