Entertaining. You have en suite for bedrooms, but extras around the home. If you don’t need a ton of bedrooms, because you don’t have a ton of kids, you still need bathrooms in a house that size.
This. Look at the floor plan. A bathroom with every bedroom (as expected in this type of house), one with the living space on each floor, and one with the sports arena. Would be a poor design without that many bathrooms…
