Woodburn’s Bungalow Theatre presents ‘Dirty Dancing’ for Valentine’s Day

The city of Woodburn is inviting residents to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a classic romance.

The Bungalow Theatre will host a special screening of “Dirty Dancing” on Saturday, Feb. 14, at 455 N. Front St. Doors open at 1:45 p.m., and the movie starts at 2:15 p.m.

The iconic 1987 film follows Baby, a teenage girl, in her coming-of-age summer at a family resort in the Catskills, where she falls in love with the resort’s dance instructor, Johnny. Despite her father’s disapproval, the two star-crossed lovers partner up and work together to perform for the last big dance of the summer…
