WESTMINSTER, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – SC Representative Adam Duncan surprised his girlfriend during his induction to the West Oak High School Athletic Hall of Fame by proposing.
The representative from the Upstate got down on one knee in front of the crowd after receiving his plaque and presented his girlfriend with a ring.
