FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Summer in the Summit City is marked by festivals and markets downtown. While the winter doesn’t boast the same schedule, there is one day when the city unveils an impressive schedule for fun seekers.
“We’re here to talk about Winterval,” said Patti Davis, Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Director of Recreation, on WANE 15 weekend mornings. “We have 12 hours of fun.”
