WEST PALM BEACH, FL — SunLife Organics will open its 22nd location on March 7 at 619 Hibiscus Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, continuing the steady national growth of a brand that began with a single, self-funded juice bar in Malibu. Founder Khalil Rafati told Business Debut the Palm Beach opening represents a full-circle moment after years of persistence and careful expansion.
What to Expect
The West Palm Beach location will operate as an all-organic café offering smoothies, açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, matcha and coffee, along with select hot items such as grilled cheeses and paninis. The space will include indoor counter seating and outdoor patio seating, with service designed to accommodate both quick stops and longer visits.
Rafati said the brand has never compromised on its core standard. “Everything we do is organic, and that’s something I will never compromise on,” he told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
SunLife Organics is best known for its smoothies and açaí bowls, along with bone broth and matcha that Rafati personally sources from Kagoshima, Japan. “I flew there twice and met with tea masters until I found the most exquisite, buttery matcha on the planet,” he said.
The menu has drawn national attention, including front-page coverage in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. Rafati said a Wall Street Journal front-page feature naming SunLife Organics’ smoothie as the “drink of the summer” was one of the most emotional moments of his career.
