SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The owner of a Marshfield construction company said he learned early Friday that one of his employees had been killed in a Springfield shooting.
Aaron York said he received a call shortly before 5 a.m. from a foreman who was distraught after learning that the victim was 22-year-old Brandon Watt, an apprentice with DONCO3 Construction.
“I was made aware at 4:44 this morning by the foreman, his direct supervisor,” York said. “He was totally distraught and brokenhearted.”…
