GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Manuel Lee Norman IV, 25, of Valdosta, Georgia, was arrested yesterday after allegedly trying to punch a family member while the victim was speaking with police officers and then punching officers who prevented him from attacking the victim.
At about 11:30 a.m. on January 17, Gainesville Police Department officers were investigating a separate incident in the 1600 block of SE 12th Place when Norman “stormed in” and brushed past the officers toward a family member who was being interviewed by the officers…
