Renters in Battle Creek saw apartment listing prices increase 4% from last year’s median of $966, an analysis of new data from rental marketplace Zumper shows.
The typical apartment listed for rent at $1,000 in December. Median listing prices in Battle Creek are trending 3% upwards from last month’s $969 price.
The data covers all bedroom sizes, ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, within the specified metropolitan area. It reflects the median rent for all listings that were active at any given point during the month, according to Russell Middleton, co-founder of Zumper.
