A Whiteville man allegedly kidnapped a Myrtle Beach woman and threatened to commit suicide in front of her on Christmas Eve.
Matthew Duncan, 30, was arrested Jan 13 on charges of assault and kidnapping. He was released the next day on $21,500 secured bond, according to Horry County Police. His address was not immediately available.
