A creative new landmark was officially unveiled on Jan. 13 at the City of Norman’s Household Hazardous Waste Facility. The city celebrated with a ribbon cutting for HazMatt, a large art sculpture made from repurposed dumpsters and waste materials, according to the City of Norman’s Facebook post.
