MINNEAPOLIS — Federal authorities are investigating the break-in of government vehicles and the online sharing of documents that were allegedly taken during a confrontation between federal agents and protesters, according to officials and social media posts.

Homeland Security said an agent shot a man in the leg as the man was trying to escape and began assaulting the agent. In the aftermath, news cameras captured a ransacked government vehicle marked with graffiti reading “F*** ICE.”…
