ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Drivers are encouraged to find an alternative route as crews begin work in Keith Creek.
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 20, the westbound curb lane on Charles St. will be closed from 21st St. to 23rd St. for construction being done in the neighborhood of Keith Creek.
Traffic control will be in place and the work is expected to be done by the end of the day on Jan. 20, depending on weather conditions…
