SEATTLE — Seattle police are investigating a homicide after a man wounded in an October shooting has died from his injuries.
According to authorities, patrol officers were dispatched late on Oct. 8, 2025, to reports of gunfire near the intersection of Cheasty Boulevard South and South Winthrop Street. When officers arrived, they located a 40-year-old man with a severe gunshot wound to the head.
