Man sentenced to 15 years for trafficking cocaine, fentanyl in Northern Virginia

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (DC News Now) — A judge handed down a 15-year sentence for a 31-year-old who trafficked cocaine and fentanyl in Northern Virginia.

According to court documents, from November 2022 through May 2025, law enforcement officers completed a series of purchases from D’Quinta Arastoo Hill of fentanyl and cocaine in Lorton and Fredericksburg.

On Feb. 1, 2023, officers searched Hill’s home in Lorton, where they discovered two guns, 55 fentanyl pills and cocaine. Months later, on May 28, authorities searched Hill’s second home in Fredericksburg, where they located another gun…
