Despite a cold and foggy start, expect plenty of sunshine through the day. Temperatures will remain below average for this afternoon with highs in the upper 40s to near 50°. Even with a cooler afternoon and a light wind, plenty of sunshine should make any plans doable for today.
Despite the cold mornings continuing through the middle of the week, temperatures will actually gradually begin to climb each day as we head into Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
While Tuesday remains on the cold side, temperatures push into the upper 50s to lower 60s by the end of the week. This warmth won’t last long, as an incoming system brings an approaching cold front and the potential for some winter weather in the Carolinas by the weekend…
