Man injured after being shot by Richmond Police at GRTC headquarters

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – A man is in recovery after he was shot by two Richmond Police officers at GRTC Headquarters in the city’s southside on Saturday evening.

Just before 9 p.m., Richmond Police Chief Rick Edwards said the department received calls about an armed person at a gas station.
