The Wake Forest Board of Commissioners is weighing changes to the town’s Code of Ordinances that would lift a ban on scooters, clarify where electric bikes can operate and add safety guidelines for riders.
The proposed amendments were presented last week during a board work session by Wake Forest Police Captain David Zick.
