SARASOTA — It’s unusual to find a room filled with all of a county’s local officials, but in the name of education, Sarasota County leaders made an exception.
On Friday, Sarasota County Schools led area officials in a conversation about its successes, financial constraints and challenges with charter schools during its annual “convocation of governments” at Suncoast Technical College’s Beneva Road location.
