CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The City of Portland Police Department says a former officer was terminated after an internal investigation found an arrest during a December traffic investigation was unwarranted.
Police say the incident happened Dec. 23, 2025, when then-Corporal Alexander Vallejo arrested an individual who was lawfully recording an investigation from a public roadway.
