COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Police issued a shelter-in-place for several hours while attempting to take a suspect into custody Sunday morning.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers received a report of a domestic disturbance at a home in the 2000 block of Whitman Road at 2:11 a.m.
