U.S. Marshals arrest Spokane fugitive wanted for probation violation, recover handgun

SPOKANE, WA — The United States Marshals Service arrested a Spokane man Thursday who was wanted for violating the terms of his probation, according to a federal news release.

Authorities said Keantray Davon Bryant-Muellner was taken into custody Jan. 16 after deputies located him at a residence in Spokane. He was wanted on a Washington State Department of Corrections Secretary’s Arrest Warrant for violating conditions of a Graduated Re-Entry probation sentence.

Bryant-Muellner’s probation originated from an April 2024 case tied to a multi-agency investigation. In that case, he was arrested on charges that included unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, fourth-degree assault involving domestic violence, and escape from community custody under the Washington State Department of Corrections…
